Support a Resident on the Path to Recovery

Contact Counseling & NWSARA: Supporting Long-Term Recovery
All of us at Contact Counseling are proud to be an ally of Northwest Substance Abuse Recovery Alliance (NWSARA), an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals overcome financial barriers to substance use disorder treatment and long-term recovery.Contact Counseling and NWSARA are separate, independently operated organizations.*
Through our relationship with NWSARA, we may help identify individuals who are committed to recovery but face financial barriers to accessing the services they need. NWSARA may then provide financial assistance to help make those services—including therapy, outpatient treatment, and sober living—more accessible.
How You Can Help Support Residents and Clients
When you support NWSARA, you can help remove one of the biggest obstacles people face when seeking recovery: the cost of treatment and stable housing.
Many people seeking recovery have been struggling with substance use since a young age and are facing significant challenges in their mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Some may have limited employment opportunities, little or no family support, or may even be experiencing homelessness when they finally decide they are ready to make a change.
Financial assistance can make a critical difference. Treatment and recovery don't happen overnight, and sustainable recovery often requires ongoing support, stable housing, and access to appropriate therapeutic services.
When you support a resident through NWSARA, you're helping give someone an opportunity to build a healthier, more stable future.
NWSARA is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and donations made directly to NWSARA may be tax-deductible as permitted by law. Contact Counseling does not receive these donations or administer NWSARA's funds.
You can donate securely through NWSARA's PayPal or send a check to:
